All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days after production (may vary by country)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received due to address errors

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped, but we’ll always try to help you track it down.

Lost or Missing Packages
